Welcome to BrainBundle! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and associated services ("Service") operated by BrainBundle Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

You may use the BrainBundle app for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the app or access it in ways not intended, including but not limited to reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with normal functionality.

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Any flashcards, glossary topics, or notes you generate within the app remain your content, but you grant us permission to store and process this data to support app functionality and improvements. You agree not to upload offensive, illegal, or abusive content.

The app includes AI-generated content using OpenAI technology. While we strive for accuracy, content may occasionally be incorrect or misleading. You are responsible for verifying any educational or factual information provided.

We do not guarantee the app will be available at all times. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the Service without notice for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.

All intellectual property related to the app (excluding user-generated content) is owned by BrainBundle Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary by us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.
