BrainBundle is designed for personal, educational, and non-commercial use.
You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, including but not limited to:

• Reverse engineering or tampering with the Service or its code
   
• Scraping or automated data extraction
   
• Interfering with app functionality or other users’ experience
   

You agree to use the app respectfully and legally at all times.

2. Accounts & User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
   
• Any activity that occurs under your account
   

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
   
• Abuse the Service, including harassment or inappropriate behavior in social features (e.g., Learn Together mode, shared glossaries)
   
• Use fake or misleading profiles
   

You own any content you create in BrainBundle, including flashcards, glossaries, notes, stories, or posts.
By using the Service, you grant us permission to store, process, and display your content solely to enable app features and improvements.

You agree not to upload or share content that:

• Is illegal, offensive, misleading, or harmful
   
• Violates intellectual property or privacy rights of others
   

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

BrainBundle uses AI services (including OpenAI) to generate glossaries, quizzes, explanations, and suggestions.
AI-generated content is automatically generated and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or unintended bias.
You are responsible for verifying any educational, factual, or professional information before relying on it.

AI content is for informational support only. It should not replace your own judgment, critical thinking, or professional guidance.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

By using the app, you agree to our data practices, including the use of third-party services like Firebase and OpenAI.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we cannot guarantee the app will always be available.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts or all of the Service at any time without prior notice, for reasons such as maintenance, updates, feature changes, or business decisions.

All intellectual property related to BrainBundle (excluding your own user-generated content) is owned by BrainBundle Ltd.
This includes the app's design, branding, characters (e.g., Bundle), and content templates.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the app or its assets without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our discretion if you:

• Breach these Terms
   
• Abuse or misuse the Service
   
• Engage in activities that harm the community or the Company
   

You can delete your account at any time within the app or by contacting support.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
We will notify you of significant changes in-app or by email where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
